Families aged 5+ can join. We have parents training with their child in the same class or separate. When families train together, it not only strengthens the family bond, but it is FUN! What other organized fitness activity can you do together? Parents can watch their kids on the soccer field on ice rink, but they can’t run onto the field! Well, they can, but it makes things really uncomfortable for everyone!
Do you want your children to learn self defense? To have better confidence and listening skills? What about better focus so they are more successful at school? These are just some of the reason families have joined our award winning programs. You can to!

Parents ask us if their kids can train together even if they vary in age. We say…probably! It is best when 5 & 6 year old’s train together with that age group. And Karate Kids ages 7 – 12. But what we have found is that siblings can do very well together in the same age grouping. We just try it out to make sure it is going to work for everyone. Many times, the younger child does much better with their older sibling in class guiding them. They can be a really great help. If it doesn’t work out, the instructors will know within a few classes.
